Cake Information

• We do cream cheese icing and inside fresh cream for custom cake. We do fresh cream for Nana’s signature cakes.
• We don’t do fondant or butter cream cake
• Our cake is all halal friendly.
• We have Basque cheesecake (Gluten Free)
• We don’t do eggless or sugar control.

Order Information

• Please take your time when you decide all that details like letterings, pick up dates, and time. once you place an order, we cannot change it because of another orders (if you need to change it, there is admin fee $10)
• The maximum number of letterings on the cake is depending on the design and size.
• all cakes are ready by booked time 
• we don’t do delivery
• We need at least 4 days for custom design cake. 
• please call us 0493 796 192 if you want to ask about urgent order.

cancellation policy

• Cancelling 4 days before : 30% penalty
• Cancelling 3 days before : 40% penalty
• Cancelling 2 days before : 50% penalty
• Cancelling 1 days before or on the day of pick up : No refund
