Cake Information

• We do cream cheese icing and inside fresh cream for custom cake. We do fresh cream for Nana’s signature cakes. 
• Our cake is all halal friendly. We have Basque cheesecake (Gluten Free). we don’t do eggless or sugar control. 

Order Information

• The maximum number of letterings on the cake is depending on the design and size.
• We need at least 4 days for custom design cake. 
• please call us 0493 796 192 if you want to ask about urgent order. 
• We cannot change your order detail once it has been submitted. So, please double check before you submit your order.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelling 4 days before : 30% penalty
• Cancelling 3 days before : 40% penalty
• Cancelling 2 days before : 50% penalty
• Cancelling 1 days before or on the day of pick up : No refund
